Online Registration for 2011 CBSI Biannual Meeting

Early registration is accepted up to May 1, 2011 at $200 per member and $300 for each nonmember. $100 out the nonmember registration fee will be automatically deposited as annual membership. After May 1, 2011, the registration fees for member and nonmembers will be $250 and $400, respectively.
